These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luky777 ("luky777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the luky777 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services. 2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.3 If luky777 determines that an Account has been opened or operated by a person under 18 years of age, the Account will be permanently closed. Any Real Money balance will be refunded to the original deposit source. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited and will not be paid out.

3.4 You must be the legal owner or authorised user of all payment methods used to fund your luky777 Account. Third-party funded accounts — whether using a family member's, friend's, or employer's payment method without their explicit documented consent — are prohibited and constitute grounds for Account suspension.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted one luky777 Account per person. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All linked Accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited upon detection.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid Pakistan mobile number, and date of birth. You must update your Account information promptly if it changes. luky777 is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information provided during registration.

4.3 Credential Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luky777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — available free of charge through the Account settings panel — to protect your Wallet. luky777 will not be liable for unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.4 Account Closure. You may close your luky777 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any Real Money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be cancelled upon Account closure.

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). luky777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Standard KYC documents include a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending satisfactory KYC completion. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a request may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. luky777 accepts deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion applied to Pakistani Rupee methods.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on luky777 is 100 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though luky777 may impose individual limits at its discretion in line with responsible gaming obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: approximately 5 minutes for amounts up to 200,000 PKR.
• SadaPay and Raast: instant to 5 minutes for amounts up to 500,000 PKR.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank): 10–20 minutes for standard amounts; up to 5,000,000 PKR per transaction.

5.6 Return to Source. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Redirecting funds to a different account, wallet, or mobile number from the one used to deposit is permitted only after satisfactory identity verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 luky777 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards at its sole discretion. All bonus offers are subject to specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (not the deposit amount) unless otherwise stated. Wagering must be completed within the time period specified in the bonus offer, after which unmet Bonus Funds expire without compensation.

6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of bet value. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may be excluded from wagering requirements entirely. 7 Gameplay Rules

7.2 luky777 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all computer-dealt games. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained human dealers in professional studio environments. 13 Amendments to Terms
